HOW DO I REGISTER MY DRESS?
Enter our website www.miplacard.cl and fill out the form in the "Register your Graduation Dresses" section. You can also access the form through a QR code that you will find in our points of sale. We recommend you have your ballot handy to fill out the form correctly. Once you register, you will receive a backup email with the information.
WHEN SHOULD I REGISTER MY DRESS?
We recommend that you register it immediately after making the purchase, this way you can avoid someone else buying the same dress. Remember that we have different sales channels and they can be sold simultaneously. If this happens, we will notify you so that you can make use of the Extended Exchange Guarantee. Only dresses that have an associated ticket can be registered. If the registry does not have all the information, it will not be considered in our registry.
WHAT IS THE EXTENDED EXCHANGE WARRANTY?
The Extended Exchange Guarantee provides a period of up to 3 months from the date of purchase of the dress to make the exchange, in the event that we detect or that you detect that the same dress has been sold for a party. This guarantee can only be used if it is verified that there are 2 dresses registered for the same party. The priority to keep the dress will always go to the client who first registered her dress in our Prom Dress Registry.
CAN I REGISTER A DRESS FROM LAST YEAR?
Only dresses purchased at our points of sale from January 2022 can be registered. Dresses purchased previously will not be considered in the registry.
IMPORTANT ASPECTS:
- We will try not to sell the same model and color of dress to a client of the same grade and school. If the same model of dress can be sold in another color.
- The extended exchange guarantee gives you a period of up to 3 months from the date of purchase, and to make it effective the product must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, with all its labels and presenting the ticket. If you do not comply with the foregoing, you will not be able to make use of said guarantee.
- The extended exchange guarantee is only for dresses and jumpsuits that are registered in the Graduation Dresses Registry , does not include covers, accessories or lingerie.
- It is the client's responsibility to register her dress in the Graduation Dresses Registry, completing the form correctly.
- Dresses that are not registered in our bases will not be eligible for the benefit of the Extended Exchange Guarantee.
- Dresses can only be registered after they have been purchased. If any dress is registered without its respective ticket or does not match the purchase date, it will not be valid.
- In no case will money be returned.
- Only dresses purchased at our points of sale will be considered valid registrations: Showroom Los Dominicos, Mi Placard Parque Arauco, Mi Placard Mall Marina Oriente, Website www.miplacard.cl and Casa Moda points of sale.
- Dresses sold with details, can be part of the graduation dress registry, however, they lose the Extended Exchange Guarantee option.
