EXCHANGE AND RETURNS OF ONLINE PURCHASES
At Mi Placard we want you to be happy with your products, so for Online purchases we have a Satisfaction Guarantee of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to be exchanged for size or another model . You will also have 10 days from the date of receipt to return the product ( some products by their nature cannot be exchanged or returned: invisible lingerie, panties and earrings).
In the case of online purchases with store pickup, the terms are considered from the date of purchase.
The products to be exchanged or returned must be with all their labels and without any indication of use such as makeup brands, deodorant, creams, or the smell of perfume. In the event that this is not fulfilled, the change or return will be rejected.

Click below, complete the form and follow the instructions to request your change or return!If you are from the Metropolitan Region or Valparaíso (Communities: Villa Alemana, Quipué, Concón, Valparaíso and Viña del Mar) we will pick up the product directly at the door of your home. After the change is approved, we will send the new product you choose to your home, a value that you will have to pay in relation to the destination. All this process can be done in the button that is above.
If you are from any other region of Chile , complete the same form in the link above to generate the change. We will send you the ready change label that you must print and add to your package, so that you can then deliver it to your nearest Chilexpress branch. Once there, you do not have to pay anything, the entire process and payments are made in the link above.

Do not forget that the product must come with all its labels, ticket and without any indication of use. If this is not done, the change will be rejected.
At our points of sale we only make changes to purchases made in our store or on our website.
Some products, by their nature , cannot be exchanged or returned : invisible lingerie, panties and accessories.
Returns will be paid to the same means of payment with which the purchase was made. If the purchase was made with a debit card, the payment will be reflected within a maximum period of 15 business days. In the case of credit cards, the refund will be reflected in your next or subsequent account statement.
In all cases, transportation costs are borne by the client.
CHANGES AND RETURNS OF PRESENTIAL PURCHASES
In-person purchases have a Satisfaction Guarantee of 10 calendar days from the date of purchase, to be changed by size or another model . In the case of products sold with details, they will not have the right to change.
All face-to-face purchases made during the month of December 2022 have a special period for changes of 30 calendar days, with the exception of wedding and party dresses, which maintain the period of 10 days for changes.
In addition, some products by their nature have no change: invisible lingerie, panties and earrings.
In-person purchases are non-refundable.
CHANGES AND RETURNS OF PURCHASES THROUGH OTHER CHANNELS
If you bought through Cornershop, you have 30 days to change the size or model directly at our points of sale. You will also have 7 days to request a return through the platform.
No exchanges or returns of products purchased at Casa Moda are made.
